  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 ears fresh corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons seeded and finely chopped fresh serrano chile pepper*
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped jicama
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or basil
